- Established Digital Magic Labs Inc. for the purpose of Web integration and multimedia title creation
- October, 1997
- Launched network technology consulting services for JPIX (Japan Internet Exchange)
- March, 1998
- Launched domestic sales of Net-It Central, an intranet document sharing software developed in the U.S., as the exclusive sales agency in Japan and Asia. (transferred the sales right in September, 2001)
- June, 1998
- Established Digital Magic Labs Asia Pte. Ltd. (DML ASIA) in Singapore as the strategic base for Web integration business in Asia (closed in December, 2001)
- October, 1999
- Established DML Networks Inc. (currently IP Infusion Inc.) in San Jose, California, U.S. for the full-scale development and business operation of high-end software routers (sold all stocks in August, 2001)
- July, 2000
- Formed a comprehensive business tie-up with MIND (Mitsubishi Electric Information Network Corporation) for data center business solutions
- April, 2001
- Established DML USA Inc. in San Francisco, California, U.S. as the strategic base for Web integration business in the U.S. (closed in February, 2002)
- July, 2001
- Launched a regular BGP training course (until February, 2002)

- Transferred Network Business Division and a Web alteration protecting system to USEN Broad Networks Inc. (currently USEN Corporation)
- March, 2003
- Moved the head office to 6 Ichiban-cho, Chiyoda-ku

- Merged with Argus Technologies Inc. and renamed the company Anchor Technology, Inc.

- Reinforced and expanded network consulting business as the main members of Research Institute of Network Technology joined the company

- Network Consulting Division was renamed IT Consulting Division for the full-scale business consulting services

- Jointly hosted acc04, a technical forum that promotes Web accessibility and creativity, as the Executive Office of the Administration Committee
